The Program aims to encourage Indonesian students who wish to study at universities in Japan and obtain a bachelor's degree thereby.

The objective of the Program is to support and assist the selected students (i.e., grantees) so that;

Secondly, the grantees could develop an international sensibility through daily life in Japan

Thirdly, the grantees are expected to have a constant interest in social issues in Indonesia and be able to propose solutions to these social issues through their studies and daily activities in Japan.

Consequently, the grantees would be able to make their best efforts in their respective fields so as to contribute to the development of Indonesia after finishing their studies in Japan, calling upon their experiences of living and studying in Japan.
